I was wrongfully locked out of my Snapchat account. I had my account since 2013 with no issues, then suddenly it’s gone. I’ve seen horrible things on this app, but I got deleted. They won’t accept an appeal from me and they won’t let me download my data everytime I try. Pictures of dead relatives I can’t have now. Don’t waste your time or money for a shady company like Snapchat.

I got to finally download my data after a month or two but they only gave me a years worth of data instead of the lifetime like I’ve requested TEN TIMES!!

As soon as you go in the app, across the top with the stories is porn. There’s no way to quickly get rid of it. It’s just in your face then in your peripheral vision as you try to quickly scroll down.

This app is being use to target/harrassing me, people are exposing and spreading child pornaghraphy of me from mistakes I made as a child, I found this out bc someone was impersonating in order to sell it better, don’t support this app do what you can to help get it taken down, only 5 star so it gets seen. Not only is there proof of it being inaccurate (13 year-olds being placed in 18+), it also makes kids more susceptible to groomers. It’s a shame to see Roblox come to do this, considering the entire point of the app was to talk and socialize, now you have to feed your face to ai if you want to. Terrible customer service

If I could leave less then a 1 star I would. I understand protecting privacy of users but not having an open channel to speak with users and come to a resolution on issues, is a complete oversight. My daughter is loosing all of her Robux because they wouldn’t assist in verifying her account. They don’t even offer a way to speak with anyone, let alone a human. I got two emails that basically said we can’t help - didn’t even try or want to help. Expect nothing from this money grab, rules don’t apply to them, and allows predators exclusive access to your children. I will never purchase Robux again for my child and fuel this predatory platform. It was clear based on their customer service they are not interested in helping the user rather would prefer fueling their own predatory agenda.

So here’s my personal experience with meet me after 5 years. Be careful as this advice would be given to any young women out there but on here I would catch myself hanging out with the wrong crowd and easily feeling a sense of sabotage. I’m not saying you can’t experience this elsewhere but because of their weak terms and the way this app is being handled by developers is a way to demolish it and the way it attracts people makes it impossible to feel protected. For instance, I had to kick 3 people out that constantly kept bullying me during every livestream; every time I’d express how scared I felt about being there the same troll would come back and tell me that there’s nothing the app can do since he’s a “software developer” like how much protection does this app even give?! The other time it asked for my personal Id! Also I’ve never been scared of women in my life because of the app; not only is it a hub for drug addicts, scrubs and misogynistic men but a number of male- centered woman who are very unwelcoming; they treat you more like rivals!.. The app caters to a lot of low lives because their terms of service aren’t strict enough to the point that any one even at the age of 16 can use such app in my eyes an app like this is very inappropriate and would advise anyone especially parents to be careful with of the amount of creeps on here. From a very young age I’ve met the worst dudes on there and have been groomed in the most sneakiest ways possible that deteriorated my mental health leading me to long term therapy. I used to love this app but after some time I felt like I was slowly losing myself feeling paranoid during every livestream, wasting my time in an environment I didn’t belong I even felt sad and couldn’t interact with the people I love and even though I met a couple great people it can create a toxic environment. If you want true friends whether it’s a connection or dating please go outside do something with your life other than meet me save yourself the time, pressure and money. Poor kids

At first glance, yeah cute app but when you get in it, there’s literally so many bad stuff. People can literally post nude pics and I’m one of the kids, but I am a teenager so it’s not that bad. I’ve seen worse but I only did five stars so you can see this and also so the developers can see this perfectly clear. All I saw were old men and old women. But mostly I just saw girls who think they are attractive. There’s nobody doing anything interesting. Just staring at the camera and RARELY singing. On the ad, I saw a LITTLE GIRL using this app. But there’s a tinder thing where you swipe left and right. What the heck? And the chats are disgusting. Ok, so back in I think 2021, I had Zoomerang, but my parents made me delete it. At the time, I thought they made me delete it because they were being mean, but now I understand. You see, there are NO moderators, and I saw some things that children should not be exposed to, like revealing clothing and sexual content. There were cuss words, it made you pay, and it stopped featuring kids and started featuring ads for brands. It was frankly inappropriate for young children.
