Hi, so I made this review because this game is inappropriate. My little brother who's under 7 years old downloaded this game because he is OBSESSED WITH HEAT. And the creators aren't really doing anything about gacha heat. I saw gacha heat videos EVERYWHERE on my brothers iPad because he watches it alot. Uncomfortable and unsafe

Me and my friend were casually streaming we were having a great time we were talking with all the people, and we were getting so hyped up when they were giving us thumbs up every time they would give it to us we would go on our skateboard. there were a couple things that were just really weird though one guy was telling us that we were hot and another guy told us to take off our clothes we thought they were just casual teenage strange behavior so we continue to stream, but then someone came on and said these people are all grown up men trying to just get a ride out out of you you think that because they are giving you thumb up they are your friends then one girl that gave us loads of thumbs up so don’t listen to him he is just being stupid. We listen to her because she seemed really really nice. but then we felt really unsafe. Not worth it

I used to use this app on a daily basis for YEARS, ever since 2014. Around 3 years ago, I started leaving Kik and today, I no longer want anything to do with this platform. Kik had always been terrible in regards to illegal things going on, even before the change in ownership. However, the new owners seem to prioritize live streaming over minors that use this platform. When the live streaming was first implemented, I saw an account that had blatant cp as the profile picture, and reporting won’t do anything. The new owners have shown to prioritize profit over the safety of its users. There are countless groups on Kik that engage in illegal activities, such as sharing cp, doxxing, and worse. I came across a community for MAPs (minor attracted people) who were so giddy about talking about “im saying x or y child”

Good but major flaw

This platform is truly amazing at times and is designed great. However, the automatic moderation is trigger happy, and the support system is AI generated and awful. I had to make a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau just to get an obviously wrong account suspension rescinded. This was after I made many support tickets, all of which were met with an automatic response. On top of all this, there are no consequences for people who report sabotage others, or get others wrongfully banned. And on top of all that other stuff, the platform still has a terrible child predator problem!

This game used to be great. Emphasis on used to. Now, it’s filled with ads, there’s barely any features, and the community is terrible.

First off, I’ll start with the ads. There used to be no ads on this game. Then, a few months ago, anytime I clicked something there would be an ad. There’s ads while you’re coloring. At least two ads a picture.

Secondly, the features. This app has never had that many features at all, something I frequently used to ask the devs for. There would be random updates, then they would disappear, then there would no trace in the settings. But now, even the features they have are getting worse and worse. This game is less user friendly by the second.

Lastly, the community. I see hundreds of pictures of n@ked p3opl3, s3xu@liz3d ch!Idr3n, and many other things. I report so many images a day, and the devs never get back to me. Why is my email required if you never use it, and you don’t even fix the problem? Reporting only removes the image/creator from your account. That doesn’t help. It just enables these people.
