this company is truely greedy and immature. they refuse to listen to their audience, they are practically encouraging pedos on their app by NOT enforcing child protection rules. they brantley ignore MANY issues with their all just to make a few more bucks. they HAPPILY will pay influencers to post a gazillion times a day but won’t cut back a little to let some people just have conversations on their app.

Every update takes away features everyone in the community uses and loves, either that or it gets put behind a paywall. The app is on its way to becoming Spotify- completely unusable unless you give them all your money. Not to mention, if you do hand over your cash and use the app- it’s SO unsafe for teens. This app is festering with creeps and pedos who have easy access to your kids on the app. Dont download and definitely don’t fork over any money.

let me be clear, i loved snapchat in its heyday, it was the main way i communicated with people. however, as ive aged its become more of a photo app/memory holder for me, i cherish the photos i have on this app dearly and after hearing the recent knees about the paid storage i am frankly disgusted. we live in an era where people are choosing between getting gas in their cars for work and getting groceries for the next two weeks and this multi mill dollar company has not only the nerve but the audacity to charge for the most frankly mundane features? i understand needing to make money but this is frankly biblical levels of greed. nobody asked for these “exclusive” features the comp continues to roll out and yet we, the consumer continue to be punished for it??? i will be moving everything in my memories to a secure FREE cloud drive if they follow through on this insanity because let’s be hon with ourselves, the only people still using this app to communicate are dřvğ d34lrs, p3d0s, and people who haven’t graduated yet

Snapchat has fallen off.

From what once was an app for me to talk to my friends and post silly snaps with funny filters has become a habitat for the worst creeps of the world (and even if you report them snap does nothing), the explore page is filled with ads and clickbait, and is paying OF models and promoting them. Mind you, this is an app for 12+, children who should not be seeing OF models on their explore page. Now they want to charge for memory storage which I have memories from when I was just a kid? Just so they can continue to pay their creators? This app has become the worst app to have installed on your phone. I will be deleting it as soon as I can, especially if they begin charging for memory storage. I already pay Apple and google for memory, I will not be giving this godforsaken app a single dollar.

Snapchat memories is the only reason I still even have that app and now you have to pay to use Snapchat memories. Snapchat is just an awful social media app full of children predators.

Any time I report this blatant porn being shoved in my face snap chat refuses to remove it and hits me with a “this content does not go against our policy”. Likw what do you mean your not gonna crack down on the rampant porn on that site snap chat. MINORS USE THAT APP AND YOU JUST LET OF MODELS POST PORN LEFT AND RIGHT. I think it’s completely hilarious that I posted on my story that I needed Gas and who could help me with some gas money because I was stuck needed to go home and out of nowhere I’m banned for life however, people would hit me up daily on the same account showing me their penis or having sex or other sexual acts and those accounts could message me and harass me even though I blocked them they still were able to contact me, but I needed help getting home because I was stranded in the middle of nowhere and I got banned for no reason this app is a scam and y’all should be ashamed of yourselves for letting people porn to literally children, but people can’t even ask for help getting home.
