Disgusting people on this app

I wish I could give this app a 0 star's, everytime I would download this all I will always get a message from a 30 year old man asking me to send him inappropriate pictures, men on this app have talked to me about s*x and how they want to do it with me. I would not recommend downloading this app. It has put DOWN MY SELF ESTEEM by a LOT!!

Changed from better to worse

I enjoyed the app when I started. Spent enormous money and paid VIP. Was receiving what I won, got my rewards for logging in thru VIP, and etc. The start of this year they took everything from me..I am a captain and I don’t receive Captains pay, the games are rigged and coinsellers and official are winning the games, cheating occurring, they took all my days I logged in and haven’t received gifts for recharging, games can’t play because family doesn’t receive credit. They give you “agents” whom suppose to help but mine hasn’t. Been harassed and so many times emailed and showed screenshots of all that is happening but clearly not talking to real people. You would assume the people that put so much money in this app, they would listen to them and help them. Child pornography is on this app, your bank get charged for”cross border” fees which they don’t tell you about. You have “box hunters” coming in harassing you…so much that isn’t addressed in this app so false advertisement and that isn’t right. Will probably receive comment from them saying send screenshots and email them but there clearly shows they don’t read the reviews, because have done enormous of times and times they say talk with your agent and again got me no where.

THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM APPLE BY REROUTING CUSTOMERS !!!!

I am a previous employee of this company . I was fired last week because they are doing ILLEGAL things .. 1 of witch is rerouting customers to their website to purchase coins . they have “officials” ( that’s what I was) send their personal link that starmaker/ EVERYONE HAPPY ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED create for them… send them to users … the officials solicit the personal contact information from users …. Like WhatsApp , LÍNE, Facebook or any other way they can so they can send links to the users OFFLINE to steer them from recharging through the app, where they know Apple can see their revenue and fee them accordingly this is the equivalent of TAX EVASION… . I have conversations between me.. and one of the higher ups Fatima regarding this where she ADMITS that she knows they are illegal. I drew up a plan and tried to present her with it to be told that “ the company wants it this way and you can find your own way to send your link” … they let a 10 year old girl stay live for over AN HOUR after I reported them to the Antispam team numerous times ( the team in charge of monitoring and removing content) …the young girl was being coached by GROWN MEN in the chat to do lude , vile and sexual acts TEN YEARS OLD and she gave her personal information to them … once I asked why it took so long to get this removed the response was “ there are 3 of us here and we were all on break at the same time” WHAT!!!!! I’ve been sent threats from Fatima AND her boss Dora, requesting that I distort all evidence , and that I issue an apology to their company and I refuse … and will not… they have retaliated by threatening my pay for the time in January …. And removing my personal account… YOU NEED TO AUDIT THEM!!!! I have proof of everything I am saying .. and NEED someone to reach out to me. This company has stolen money from people including GOOGLE AND APPLE…. DO NOT TRUST OFFICIALS .. DO NO NOT USE THE LINKS , IF YOU RECHARGE, RECHARGE THOUGH THE APP!!!!!

SCAM Taking customers for granted!

This is what StarMaker does. They place no value in their singers yet allow pedophiles and bullies to roam around unchecked. People put a lot of money on this app just to be left treated like dirt. It is not worth your time or your money. When you need to make feedback because things are not right they are slow to help but quick to take your money. My advice, don’t waste a dime. The company does not value anything but your dollars and will not give you a worthwhile experience for your money. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

The app is overall not bad for singing on and posting. However, the amount of inappropriate men and child predators on there really troubles me. I can never make a proper post or livestream without being harassed. Even when I tell them that I am 11 they don’t seem to care! My problem is mostly with the support team, because they seem to do little to nothing at all whenever I report a guy or have a question. I hope this gets fixed, because the guys that make crude comments like this deserve to be banned FOR GOOD.

Worse with every update

First off, StarMaker is only concerned with one thing $$$$ every update makes the app worse. Now you can’t even read the entire message someone sends you. Backtracks are still horrible and unless you’re spending a college tuition on the app you ain’t ever gonna level up or get verified. They also don’t do anything when you report inappropriate content. There are users on the app who literally have pornographic images as their profile picture and when reported to StarMaker nothing was done. I advise parents do not let young children on the app because there are known pedophiles on the app

Serious Issues with App

This app is terrible. Issues do not get handled. Tons of people, including myself get double charged and nothing gets done about it, and to make matters worse, there is CHILD PORNOGRAPHY being shown on the app through the video feature and NOTHING is being done about it. What's worse is that those videos are TRENDING so they are showing up as the first videos you see on the app. The developers are not doing a single thing to remedy any of these issues. Horrible app and service.

Prowlers

Parents there are creepy people on there trying to get kids info. Thankfully mine said no. The predators are using threats. I reported it and deleted the app.
