| Hi I’m a 16 year old minor who met a girl on a different app and we started talking on here. I reported the account already, but it turned out to be an adult male who then tried to get me to send him photos of myself unclothed. Prior to this I had sent some ab pics cus I thought it was a teenage girl asking. This is solicitation of a minor and you guys need to be doing something about this. He had already taken advantage of other teenage boys (he sent me their pics🤢) but they weren’t lucky enough to stop. Please shut down his account, and if possible, trace it and take legal action. | I love the app. Just what I was looking for to keep in touch with my child while I’m at work. However, the Ads within the app are disgusting and inappropriate for children. I paid for the premium plan thinking this will take away these inappropriate ads but no, the same ads keep popping up. I assumed that your app was designed for kids to be safe from online predators and what not, but these ads which are sexual in nature must be removed. If not, I would like a refund. | Paid $99 for a premium family membership to keep in contact with family. To find predatory sexual ads on my 7 year old nephew’s JusTalk Kids app. I paid a premium amount for no ads and especially on a children’s app. No response from any of the customer service email addresses.
